As an Industrial Electrical Site supervisor , you will coordinate, supervise, and perform electrical work within industrial and manufacturing environments.
You will actively participate on-site, manage a small team of technicians, and ensure that projects are completed safely, to a high standard, and on schedule.
You will report to the project managers and the Team Lead Field Technicians. Duties and Responsibilities Company vehicle (also for personal use)
Your responsibilities
Coordinating and supervising electrical work at industrial sites
Managing and coaching technicians (people management)
Actively participating in industrial electrical installations
Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and design plans
Connecting control and power panels
Installing, maintaining, and commissioning low-voltage (LV) systems
Connecting and terminating cables and plugs
Preparing and monitoring sites, participating in site meetings
Serving as a point of contact for customers, technicians, and project management
Ensuring safety, quality, timing, and efficiency
Safety, Quality, and Environment (SHEQ)
Implementing and supporting safety and quality policies
Identifying and reporting risks and incidents
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations (VCA)
Coaching colleagues on safe and high-quality work practices
Active contribution to continuous improvement
Profile – Industrial Electrical Site Manager
5–10 years of experience in industrial electricity, automation, or electrical engineering
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent through experience
Experience with site supervision and site coordination
Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical installations
Leadership, sense of responsibility, and a coaching mindset
Hands-on and problem-solving
Customer-focused and strong communication skills
Language skills: Dutch and English
Certifications (or willing to obtain)
BA5
VCA VOL
MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform)
Driving license B
Company car (including private use)
